Clearscribe produces clear prescribed medications printed onto permanent adhesive labels. These labels are applied to the Hospital’s MAR and signed by the prescriber. Each label contains clear instructions, in long hand rather than abbreviations, prescriber details and the statutory IMC number, with additional safety features unachievable by pen, such as times of prescription and patient identifiers on every prescription.
